Description
The goal of the IMiS (Infrastructure for Multimedia in Seamless networks) Kernel project is to establish a national lab environment for experimenting with multimedia services in a seamless network environment to the benefit of research and higher education in Norway.The project is divided into 6 main activities.
Participants
The participants in IMiS Kernel are UNINETT AS, University of Oslo/Institute for Informatics (UiO/IfI), Norwegian Computing Center (NR), and Ericsson Norway AS (ETO).
Funding
The IMiS Kernel project is funded by UNINETT AS, Norwegian Research Council (NFR), and Ericsson Norway AS (ETO).
